Sunny and quiet hillside location – the center can be reached within a few minutes on foot or by bus (free with mobility card).

Prices are per studio & apartment and night in EURO.
Local tax EUR 5.00 per person and night from 15 years of age.
Final cleaning is also excluded and amounts to EUR 27.00 per person and stay.
From winter 2026/2027 EUR 30.00 per person and stay.
Bed linen and towels are included in the listed prices. Towels are changed after 7 days.
Covered parking spaces are available on site. In winter EUR 7.00 per night/car. In summer, 1 parking space is free. Additional parking spaces on request – each additional parking space EUR 7.00 per night/car.
Pets are allowed on request. EUR 15.00 per pet and night (without food). Maximum 2 pets per studio/apartment.
A deposit of at least 35% is required upon booking. The remaining amount must be paid in CASH at check-in.
We only accept cash; no debit cards or credit cards are accepted.
Studios/apartments are available from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out on departure day by 10:00 a.m.
No price reduction will be granted for late arrival, early departure, or no-show of individual guests.
Wi-Fi is available in all areas (free of charge).

Summer – MOBILITY CARD included free of charge / for an additional fee, you can upgrade your mobility card online for 3, 5, or 7 days to the SUMMER CARD PREMIUM and thus expand the offer with many additional attractive services.
