Price Information

 

  • Prices are per studio/ apartment and night in Euro excl. visitor's tax EUR 5,00 per person/night for guests 15 yrs & older
  • Final cleaning fee is extra: EUR 27.00 per person and stay.
    Winter 2026/2027 EUR 30.00 per person and stay.
  • Bed sheets and towels are included in the above listed rates. Towels and sheets are changed after 7 days.
  • Parking on side possible (covered parking area) – in Winter EUR 7,00 per car/night, in Summer 1 covered parking spot free of charge / Additional parking on request – EUR 7,00 per car/ night. Parking is limited to max 2 per Studio/ Apartment.
  • Pets allowed on request for an extra charge of EUR 15,00 per pet/ night (no food) and is limited to max 2 pets per Studio/ Apartment
  • At the time of booking a deposit of minimum 35 % has to be paid. The rest amount has to be paid in cash on site (no credit card or ATM card payment possible!)
  • Studios/ apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please vacate the apartment before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. No reductions or discounts in case of late arrivals, early departures or no-show of single persons of a group.
  • Wi-Fi is available (free of charge)
  • Errors, omissions excepted; rate changes possible.
  • Summer: St. Anton Mobility Card included / for an extra charge you can upgrade online your Mobility Card to a Summer Card Premium valid for 3 5 or 7 days.
